iVOS for New Clients
| Level: Beginning |
| New Users will learn the essential functions
of VOS' exciting browser-based application, iVOS Claims Management.
Course outline includes screen design introduction, maneuvering
in iVOS, and opening several claims at once. Manage claims
by using Notepad, Diary, Payment, Reserve, Sticky Note, Mail
and Litigation windows plus much, much more. Learn the benefits
of entering predefined form letters using the Correspondence
module. Tips, tricks, and shortcuts are discussed allowing
Users to breeze through their workday in iVOS.

| Complete your knowledge of iVOS Claims Management
by learning advanced iVOS screens available in iVOS. Learn
how to use, Batch Reserve Approval, Under Reserved Payments,
Batch Payment Approval, Document Image Assignment, IAIABC
Search, Document Workflow and User Document.

| Running reports is so easy using iVOS Reporter!
New Users will learn how to run all types of claim management
reports, for example, Case Log, Loss Run, SIR and several
others. Learn how to select reports from VOS' long list of
Standard Reports, understand choices in Selection Criteria
and learn the output selections available. New users will
also learn how to export data to an Excel, PDF or HTML format.

| New clients will learn by demonstration and
hands-on exercises how to add new users, roles and groups,
how to set security based on roles, and manage security restricted
roles. Learn all security settings available in iVOS from
changing field labels, configuring default selections, and
restricting data access. Configuring Business Rules and setting
up new jobs in iVOS Scheduler will be discussed.

has changed and to what level security can be set in iVOS.
System Administrators will learn the new and convenient way
to set security in iVOS, from changing field labels, restricting
data access, defaulting field values, copying users, limiting
iVOS access to users, how to set Business Rules and the new
Scheduler!
