These new services are geared towards ensuring that our customers are continuously maximizing their use of iVOS to manage their Claims/Policy/Bill Review administration as well as their Risk Management programs.
As our customers are aware, iVOS is both feature rich and highly configurable to meet an organizations’ changing business needs. It facilitates best claims practices, automation, and business process workflow all of which optimize the efficiency of personnel and improvie claims savings and outcomes.
The Strategic Account Management Program and Consulting Services provide you with resources to ensure your investment in iVOS is being fully maximized to meet your business objectives. For either services, an Account Manager is assigned to your account who is knowledgable in the industry, your business and iVOS. The Account Manager will review, evaluate, make recommendations and implement the recommended solutions to help you streamline iVOS for your organization.
These services are offered in two ways. A customer can join the Strategic Account Management Program which is a long-term program requiring a minimum of 3 months commitment, where dedicated resources are assigned to your account for a designated number of hours per week. The second program is Consulting Servics, which is a short-term program that is based on a per project basis. With your selection of either service, both of them have the same goal to help you achieve maximum use of iVOS to help grow your business.
Any custom development work resulting from either of these services, or needed using these services will be documented in a Statement of Work and invoiced separately.
Note: These expanded services fall outside the “standard support services” provided as part of VOS support and maintenance agreement, and any contracted “implementation services”.
