California Commutation Calculator for present value calculation
of Permanent Disability per Labor Code §§5100-5106.
Multiple calculations can be stored on each claim. Calculation
results can then be copied to the scheduled payments for the
remainder (if any) of the award. The commuted amount can also
be copied to the payment window for payment.
Document Imaging Module [top]
The Document Imaging Module lets you move
towards a “paperless” office by providing a method
to attach scanned documents in a TIFF or PDF file format to
a claim. The documents are stored in your claims database with
other claims. This provides a convenient method for keeping
all claims materials together and provides auditors with clean,
comprehensive electronic files that are easy to examine. In
addition, you are ensured that the scanned documents receive
the same “back-up” protection that your claims
database receives, which is something paper files often don’t
have.
Integrated Laser Check Printing Module [top]
Provides high quality custom laser printed checks
with custom design to be printed using an existing laser printer
and stock paper. Includes custom programming to combine multiple
payments per check according to client’s specification.
Also includes software, custom graphics and two signatures for
two different check stocks.
VOS Express [top]
VOS Express is the combination of the two modules
listed below.
E-mail Express enables e-mails to be automatically generated to one or multiple recipients. The e-mail messages can be
sent to users and non-users of iVOS. The e-mails are set up and
triggered in the Business Rule utility in iVOS. Any Business
Rule in the system can trigger the generation on an e-mail.
Additionally, e-mail express enables reports in the system
to be automatically generated and attached to the e-mail
being generated.
When used in conjunction with Correspondence Express, forms
and letters set up in iVOS can be automatically generated and
attached to the e-mail.
Correspondence Express automatically generates correspondence
(forms and/or letters). The generation of the correspondence
(forms and/or letters) are set up and triggered in the Business
Rule utility in iVOS. Any Business Rule in the system can trigger
the generation of the “correspondence”.
