Document Imaging
The Document Imaging Module makes a "paperless" office possible by providing a
method to attach scanned documents to a claim. The documents are stored in your claims
database. This provides a convenient method for keeping all claims materials together
and provides auditors with clean, comprehensive electronic files that are easy to examine.
In addition, you are ensured that the scanned documents receive the same "back-up"
protection that your claims database receives.
Medical Management
The Medical Management Module provides the tools to actively manage multiple
episodes of care with multiple treatment providers. It tracks diagnosis and treatment
plans, manages cost prior to being billed, provides data to measure savings of medical
and indemnity payments and to measure overall effectiveness of nurse case management
programs.
