Bill Review Experts
- Enter the bill information, evaluates the charges and generates the bill review payments.
- Provide retrospective Utilization Review (UR) Services.
Bill Review Technical Product Manager
- Creates technical specifications to support new laws, rules, customizations related to bill review.
- Ensures that the system, pricing, and fee schedules are accurate and current.
Bill Review Service Manager
- Supervises, trains, and assists the Bill Review Experts.
- Provides QA on bills reviewed.
Bill Review Account Manager
- Overall point person, escalation point, and contact for bill review process and implementation.
Utilization Review - Provided through other service providers (i.e. Rehab West)
- Evaluates patient care based on ACOEM or similar guidelines.
- Emphasizes early return-to-work goals.
