iVOS Events Management System
The iVOS Events Management System provides a convenient and effective way to capture information
immediately after an event has occurred. The system is customizable and can be accessed by an
unlimited number of users from any location with an Internet connection and without a login
requirement. As a user enters information, the page will list a series of client pre-determined
reflexive questions, allowing elaboration of the event. Once the report is completed and saved,
the system is configured to route the event report immediately to the appropriate stakeholders,
resulting in efficient workflow.
The system comes with several communication tools, Events Diary, E-mail and a Correspondence
Generation tool to manage correspondence among all departments. Because all of the information
is captured electronically, reports can easily be generated to identify trends, provide
benchmarking, and reveal opportunities to prevent potential losses and future claims.
As part of the "One-system" solution, when an event is ready to transition to a claim, the
system is configured so that the event information can be forwarded to an examiner using
client-configurable business rules, which in turn triggers a claims workflow process.
