Valley Oak Systems Named One of Silicon Valley's Fastest Growing Companies in Deloitte's Technology Fast 50
Company's One-System Approach to Insurance Solutions Leads to 185 Percent Growth, and Honors on Two Additional Fastest Growing Company Lists

San Ramon, CA - October 30, 2006 - Valley Oak Systems, Inc., a national
provider of claims management software, services and support, today announced it was named to
Deloitte's prestigious Technology Fast 50 Program in Silicon Valley's Software & Information
Technology categoryÑa ranking of the fastest growing companies in the area by Deloitte & Touche
USA LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services organizations. Rankings are based on
percentage revenue growth over five years, from 2001Ð2005. Valley Oak Systems grew 185 percent
during this period.
