Broadspire Selects Valley Oak's iVOS® Application for Casualty Claim Management
System offers comprehensive solution to meet client needs

PLANTATION, Fla., and SAN RAMON, Calif. (March 28, 2006) —
Broadspire Services, a Platinum Equity company that is a premier provider of casualty claims,
medical management and integrated disability management services, announced today that it has
chosen iVOS® from Valley Oak Systems as the company's new casualty claim system.
Broadspire's executive and information technology teams evaluated a number of potential claims
systems and chose iVOS based on its ability to offer the most comprehensive solution for 245
clients who receive workers' compensation and auto and general liability claims services from
the TPA. iVOS will replace multiple Broadspire systems and ultimately consolidate claim intake,
claim administration, billing, reporting, financial and managed care functionality into a single
platform.
