Danny has over 24 years of management, technical and operational expertise in telecommunications
and software development, the last 8 of which have been based in Northern California working
with an Independent Software Vendor across the full expanded software development lifecycle.
Danny was responsible for with building a number of functional teams as well as introducing
appropriate process and best practice through cross functional teams leading to improved Quality
and Customer Satisfaction.
Before joining Valley Oak Systems, Danny was the VP of Support Services at Ceon (an ISV in
Silicon Valley), during his time at Ceon Danny has held many roles, including Release Manager,
Project Manager, QA Manager as well as being responsible for creating both Customer and
Technical Support teams, for establishing their PMO and Matrix Management of all Customer Facing
Project Managers. Prior to that Danny worked at Nortel Networks in the United Kingdom as a QA
Manager and Engineering Project Manager.
