In 1994, Valley Oak Systems, Inc. was created to provide the insurance
industry with an organization dedicated to providing a superior fully
featured Claims Administration and Risk Management System. Founders and
subsequent staff are industry experts who understand the unique requirements
and individual needs of Claims Administration. Industry experience, process
knowledge, and technical skills allow VOS to assist our clients in achieving
both business and technical solutions on a timely and cost effective basis.
We are immediately looking for a Senior Director or Vice President to take
over and grow our Bill Review group. The group consists of 20 people and is
a profitable piece of the Company. We need someone to drive the group to the
next level. This position has a lot of potential. The ideal candidate can
work out of Sacramento or San Ramon. The salary is open. We pay a bonus and
offer a tremendous benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A BS/BA (MBA Preferred) and 3+ years responsible for all aspects of managing a group, including P&L responsibility.
- Medical Bill Review knowledge.
- Solid Customer Service experience.
- Insurance industry experience a plus.
