Valley Oak Systems, a leader in claims management and bill review software and services, is
looking for a qualified candidate who will be responsible for the following:
- Provide technical support for software clients; analyze, diagnose, and provide solutions and/or workarounds to software product problems/questions.
- Be able to articulate client business needs and translate functional specification to technical specification for development.
- Adhere to existing upgrade processes when implementing software fixes and/or new functionality.
- Develop custom reports for clients.
- Acquire and maintain advanced product knowledge.
- Provide exceptional written and verbal communication.
A strong candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- Management of Information Systems (MIS) Degree or equivalent.
- At least 3+ years related business experience.
- At least 5+ years SQL experience on SQL Server and Oracle.
- Ability to write scripts and queries
- Strong analytical, business, and technical abilities.
- Extensive experience supporting java applications.
- Background in technology and software customer support.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and organization skills.
